The Story Goes Like This…

A young girl, always taking pictures to her Hairdresser and asking if she could sweep the floor after her haircut. 16 years old, as a junior, doing what junior’s do, working towards being qualified and being excited to see where the hair industry was going to take her. At 18, taking the leap of faith applying for her first ever job as a qualified Hair Stylist in Sussex, UK. Little did she know, where her career would take her.

20 years on, she’s lived and worked in 3 countries, many cities and towns. Created events in teams raising funds for charities and mental health awareness and prevention.

Due to her easygoing, personable nature, which drives strong client rapports, she rapidly builds an extensive clientele in each location. She desires to make people feel at home in her chair.

Fliss is adaptable and enjoys new challenges.

In 2022 she decided to make Australia her permanent home and is actively working towards citizenship.

Back in 2023, in addition to her career she became the host of ‘A Wholeness Podcast’ on Spotify where she has interviewed high achievers and community members of all walks of life, completing 55 episodes.

Last year having been invited to Hairfest as a facilitator with ‘The Holistic Shift’, she also interviewed a number of the industry leaders to learn about their success, with the likes of Pete Walstab from Excellent Edges, Sebastian Wall ambassador of WAHL and Scott from Mayo International.

Fliss is working towards permanent residency and citizenship to make Australia home.
